The design is limited to a few materials. So only wooden boards and some connections had to be added to the old bicycle tyres. In its function the chair is designed as a dynamic playful sitting experience. The tyres allow the sitter to lean backwards and bounce a bit up from the floor. Tipping over is  prevented by the wooden supports on the wheels. Some spokes have been removed to create an opening in the seat area in the wheels. The wooden seat is attached to the rim and axle with metal brackets. The plates are cut slightly conical, as a bicycle rim does not have an exactly straight shape.

The prototype is now on display at the Danish Design Museum in Copenhagen alongside classics of design history… haters would say it's photoshop.
